Image this scenario. You're in a classroom, meeting the needs of all your students, while organizing and teaching the lessons for the day. The lunch bell rings and instead of getting a moment to either catch up on grading papers, going to the restroom or eating lunch together with your colleagues, you are needed on the black top to monitor and organize the students during their lunch. The closing bell rings and you go back to the classroom without having had lunch, a break from your students and that much needed moment for yourself as a teacher. This is our teachers reality.
